Q: If a bike says "SOLD OUT" can you still get it?

A: Yes we can. Our website is updated weekly with size curves that match our supplier's stock. If you see a bike which is "SOLD OUT" please "ADD TO QUOTE" and provide the relevant information, we'll be in-touch shortly after.

*Please note: We don't carry physical stock of every bike listed and there will be occasions when the bike's size curve hasn't been updated with supplier stock due to timing during the week.

Q: Can I finance a bike?

A: Yes, we have an approved finance partner … You can get in touch with them via … to be pre-approved for financing of your bike.

Q: Can I trade in my bike to help with my purchase of a new bike?

A: Yes, we do allow trade-ins. Trade in value will vary based on the bike’s condition, specifications & year model.

Q: Can you source bikes not listed on your website?

A: Yes, we can source bikes not listed on our website. This will be dependent on supplier stock and ability to import the bike. 

*The only bikes we can not source are Specialized and Trek as these are exclusive to their dealer stores.

Q: Do you do Custom Builds?

A: Yes, we can do custom builds. Get in touch with us via info@eastcitycycles.com with the frame and specifications you are looking for and we can advise you based on availability.

Q: Do you do Custom Paint?

A: We can do custom painting through our shop partner “Paint by Jared”.

Q: Do you do bike rentals?

A: Yes we do bike rentals. This is dependent on what Demo bikes we currently have in stock. Occasionally staff bikes can be used if needed urgently.

You will be required to sign an indemnity form. Pricing is done per day and varies based on the value of the bike.

Q: Do you sell second hand bikes?

A: Yes, we do sell second hand bikes. Availability of second hand bikes often varies depending on previous trade-ins. You can contact us via info@eastcitycyles.com to check availability. Alternatively you can view our BikeHub page.
