Free shipping

On orders over R 1500.00 nationwide shipping (within the border of RSA) will be free of charge. Depending on the volume and weight of the order it will be delivered between 24-72 hours after purchase.

Overnight Delivery

Over night delivery for orders under R 1500.00 will be charged at R 195.00. Orders required for overnight delivery must be placed before 14:00 in order to ship that day. With some outlying areas it is not possible to overnight an order.

Road Freight Delivery

Road freight delivery for orders under R 1500.00 will be charged at R 145.00. Delivery will take place any where between 24hrs and 72hrs after the order has been processed.

Bulky Items

Bulky Items such as Wheelsets, Bicycles, Framesets & Trainers do not fall within the normal shipping rates and will be charged for at a flat fee of R 395.00.

Important Notice

Please ensure that your selected shipping address will have someone available to receive & sign for your order during the day. Ideally work addresses lead to a more seamless process.

All deliveries are handled by 3rd party couriers and therefore cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or non-deliveries due to persons not available at delivery address or due to circumstances out of our control.  In such cases, non-deliveries will go back to the Courier Distribution Centre and re-scheduled for delivery on another day.

The Courier will under NO circumstances be able / obliged to contact you to confirm availability or delivery time.  They follow a specific delivery route and non-availability will lead to a non-delivery and re-scheduling for delivery on another day.   If after this, the delivery is still unsuccessful, it will be returned to East City Cycles and the client will have to pay for a re-delivery.
