East City Cycles offers three shipping options:

Economy: 2-4 Days Nationwide

Overnight: Overnight Nationwide orders before 12:00

Collection in store

These options are stock dependent.

Returns

Return Policy

East City Cycles return policy is 7 days from date of delivery. Terms and conditions of return.

  • Product must be unused and in their original undamaged product packaging unused/unfitted and in a sellable condition.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include but are not limited to:
    1. Perishable goods such as nutrition
    2. Clothing such as bib shorts
    3. Gift Cards
    4. Some health and personal care items
    5. Sale Items
  • If the return is due to an error on our behalf East City Cycles will arrange a collection from you with our 3rd party courier company.

Process for a return

  • Email info@eastcitycycles.com with a copy of your invoice as well as an image of the product you wish to return.
  • We will contact you with a shipping quote and timeline on when our courier will be able to collect the item/s.
  • An invoice for the courier of these items will be sent to you and collection will only be arranged once this invoice has been paid. A delay of more than 48 hrs will result in a no return policy.
