PARK TOOL HCW-11 ADJUSTABLE CUP WRENCH
The HCW-11 fits slotted bottom bracket adjusting cups common on older English bicycles and less expensive bicycles with raised 16mm wrench flats. The opposite end has two prongs that are approximately 23mm x 5mm for cups with recessed slots.
