The helmet's numerous ventilation ports are each precisely placed to optimise airflow through deep internal channels, providing optimum control of air intake and release at both low and high speeds and delivering a supreme cooling effect over the whole head.
The Ventral Air Mips is shaped to enhance a rider's aerodynamic profile and minimise drag: the helmet features a distinct 22° trailing edge to reduce turbulence and provide a more aerodynamic silhouette.
The exceptionally lightweight road cycling helmet has been developed according to the principles POC's Whole Helmet Concept™, where all aspects of the helmet are considered together to ensure the helmet works from a user perspective.
A fully wrapped unibody shell provides structural stability, and the EPS liner is optimised to provide crash protection without a weight penalty. Rotational impact protection is enhanced thanks to the Mips Air Node system.
Practical features include a lightweight size adjustment system that guarantees a personalized fit, and an eye garage for easy and secure storage of eyewear mid-ride.
